Karpenko Gymnastics Academy (KGA) is Singapores first rhythmic gymnastics academy dedicated to training girls from the age of 3 in competitive gymnastics. The coaching system is defined by Head Coach, Victoria Karpenko, who is twice Russian national champion and former coach to national team members of Russia, USA, Spain and Singapore national team before opening KGA in 2014.

 

We build competitive level gymnasts from a young age to compete at national and international competitions. Each class is a stepping stone to that level with a structured approach to developing talent. Classes consist of cardio and warm up, rhythmic gymnastics warm up, stretching and split work, some acrobatic elements, work with apparatus or practising a routine.
