PURPOSES FOR COLLECTION, USE, DISCLOSURE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The information you provide in this Registration Form is to enable Advance to:

1. Purpose of Collection

a) carry out administrative and planning sales and marketing activities; 

b) plan and develop future sales and marketing activities and opportunities; 

c) facilitate your requirements in relation to the sales and marketing events and activities; 

d) allow the compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to the sales and marketing events and activities;

2. Disclosure of Data 

Your personal data may be disclosed by Advance to its third-party service providers, agents or collaborators, which may be sited outside of Singapore, for one or more of the above Purposes, as such third-party service providers, agents or collaborators, if engaged by Advance, would be processing your personal data for one or more of the above Purposes.

3. Declaration and Consent

By submitting your application for an Advance kit, you:

a) consent to Advance collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your personal data for the purposes as described above; 

b) consent to Advance collecting personal data about you from sources other than yourself and using, disclosing and/or processing the same, for one or more of the Purposes as described above; 

c) consent to Advance disclosing your personal data to its third-party service providers, agents, or collaborators, for the purposes as described above; 

d) consent to Advance transferring your personal data out of Singapore to its third-party service providers, agents, or collaborators where such third-party service providers, agents, or collaborators are sited (whether in Singapore or outside of Singapore), for the Purposes as described above; 

e) represent and warrant that you are the user and/or subscriber of the telephone number(s) provided by you in this form; 

f) have read and understood the above provisions. 

By acknowledging the above, you consent to being contacted by a representative from Mummyfique, and acknowledge that your contact details will be given to participating vendors for the sole purpose of redemption of the Advance kit and its contents.
